What’s Included:

  • Creative conceptualization and event design

  • Coordination starts 6 months–1 year before your event

  • Complete planning worksheets & checklists

  • Detailed budget planning and tracking

  • Assistance with event documents & permits

  • Supplier sourcing, negotiations, and coordination

  • Monthly task lists and event timelines

  • Organized program flow and day-of rundown

  • We serve as the main contact for all suppliers 2 weeks prior
